  11. I am having trouble getting Terminus and Gpfax to initialize my USR
  12. Sportster 14,400 modem.  I'm an intermediate telecom user, have, used all
  13. this stuff for a couple of years. As far as I know, nothing has changed
  14. in any of my user settings.  I just notice that the "cs" led on the s
  15. Sportster lights when the modem is turned on. The "tr" led lights when
  16. I open Terminus.  Until recently both "cs
  17.  and "tr" lit upon turning on the modem, and Terminus initiated the Sportster
  18. successfully.  Any help with this problem I am really happy to receive.

  22. P.S. Is there software that can diagnose serial port problems?  My serail
  23. does not read as "quiet". "Scout" in it's task list does show the serial
  24. port without a task even when Terminus is running.
